Time Clock Enhancements Decreasing Approve/Unapprove Processing Time Processing approved/unapproved in Time Clock now takes from 3-6 seconds instead of the previous 1 minute. A “Loading” alert will provide notice that the processing is taking place. The larger the facility, the more different you will notice in processing time. Approve/Unapprove Time is sortable The columns in Approve/Unapprove Time can now be sorted by clicking on the column title. A “Show Actual Hours vs Scheduled Hours” check box has been added to the upper left side of the results screen. Event Registration added to the Customer Portal Event registration is now available for parents in the Customer Portal. The settings are located under Tools>Customer Portal>Settings. There is a new option under the Tools menu, named My Account. This page gives a ton of information to the user: There is a user permission labeled “View My Account”. If a user id has the Manage Users Permissions = Yes, then the new View My Account permission will be automatically set to Yes.
When a user Posts Tuition Fees or PTF By Total Hours, they will now see a new button at the bottom of the criteria page: Clicking the button and displays the following: The above is a preview page which displays all of the fees which will be posted. Prior to today, the Who Is Here report would display a Per Day Class student as being “here” for every day the class meets, regardless if the student had enrolled in that specific day or not. Now, the student’s will only appear on the report for the days of the week they are enrolled in for the Per Day Class.
Five Jackrabbit enhancements are featured here. 1.
