1. “Invalid emails” change in Email Families, Email Class and Email Leads. The email confirmation received by users from the above, now lists separately any “invalid” email addresses. Also, the “sent” count now only includes the valid email addresses. Today’s Enhancement: Improvements to Class Rolls

Class Rolls: Cell Phone, Allergies, Special Needs and Future Enroll students are now an option to be displayed. These are now search/display criteria options on the class rolls When Future Enroll students are selected in the criteria, the Class Roll will sort the Future enrolls after the active students. These will then be sorted in alphabetical order:

Today’s Enhancement: My Account Page

There is a new option under the Tools menu, named My Account. This page gives a ton of information to the user: There is a user permission labeled “View My Account”. If a user id has the Manage Users Permissions = Yes, then the new View My Account permission will be automatically set to Yes.

Today’s Enhancement: Who Is Here Report Takes Per Day Class Students into Account

Prior to today, the Who Is Here report would display a Per Day Class student as being “here” for every day the class meets, regardless if the student had enrolled in that specific day or not. Now, the student’s will only appear on the report for the days of the week they are enrolled in for the Per Day Class.
Today’s Enhancement: Post Annual Fees Duplicate Fee Detection – Calculation Change

Before today’s enhancement release, the duplicate fee detection in Post Annual Fees looked for posted fees with an “Amount” equal to the amount of the fee about to be posted.
